All items are handmade and therefore, slight variation in size, shape and glaze are to be expected.

Delivery Information

£6.00 national delivery in England, Wales and Scotland (excluding highlands).

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed.

I aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. Pots will be posted Royal Mail, 2nd class and should be delivered within 5-7 working days of dispatch. During busy times, this may take longer. If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I try to use reclaimed/reused packaging or the next best, sustainable alternative.

In the event that you select a business address, the courier will deliver to the reception area of the business address and a signature will be obtained.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection, or, for re-delivery, due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address, you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

Return Policy

We hope you are more than satisfied with your product, however, you are entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from the delivery date.

The returned product must be new, in perfect condition and in original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we can take no responsibility for items lost in transit.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the product is faulty or wrongly sent.

In the unfortunate event of an item arriving damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.
